Common Requests

• Video problems: the result looks wrong, failed to generate or will not download. If a finished video has a problem, email support@chipmunks-dance.app and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to the original payment method through Stripe. If you have used only part of a pack, the credits you have not used yet are refunded in money too. Failed renders and refused photos get their credits back automatically.
• Account and credits: sign-in issues, credits, orders and invoices.
• Privacy: photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. To have photos, videos or your whole account deleted earlier, email us.
• Rights concerns: if you believe a video made on this site uses your image without your permission, email us with the details.
