Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Chipmunks Dance at https://chipmunks-dance.app. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

Chipmunks Dance lets you upload one photo and generate a short three-dancer video of the chipmunks dance trend using AI video generation. It is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, Alvin and the Chipmunks or the owners of that franchise.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and everything done with it.

What You May Upload

Upload only photos you own or have permission to use. By ticking the consent box you confirm that you are the person pictured or have that person's permission, that everyone pictured is 18 or older, and that the photo is not of a celebrity or public figure. Do not upload photos of minors or content you have no rights to. You are responsible for what you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• illegal or harmful content;
• sexual content;
• real people without their consent;
• the likeness of a celebrity or public figure;
• photos of minors;
• attacking, overloading or reverse-engineering the service.

We may refuse or stop a render, and its credits are refunded. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Videos

Videos have no watermark. You may use the videos you generate commercially (for example in ads, promotions, client work or sponsored posts) and on your own social accounts. Please say your clip is AI-generated where required.

Credits and Payments

Credits come in one-time packs paid through Stripe by card or Apple Pay, in US dollars: Single $9.90 for 20 credits, Trio $19.90 for 60 and Crew $29.90 for 100. A 6-second video uses 6 credits, a 10-second video 13 and a 15-second video 20. Credits never expire, and there is no subscription or auto-renewal. A newcomer discount (20% off one order), a friend-invite discount (20% off a first order for 24 hours) and a returning-customer discount (30% off every purchase) may be offered.

Invite Credits

You earn +1 credit for every friend who signs up with your link (up to 50 sign-ups) and +10 more when that friend makes a first purchase. We may remove credits earned from fake or self-referred accounts.

Refunds

If a finished video has a problem, email support@chipmunks-dance.app and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to the original payment method through Stripe. If you have used only part of a pack, the credits you have not used yet are refunded in money too. Failed renders and refused photos get their credits back automatically.

AI Output

Results vary with the photo. We do not guarantee that a video will look a particular way or suit a particular purpose, and you should review it before sharing.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
