This Privacy Policy explains how Chipmunks Dance handles information when you use https://chipmunks-dance.app. Chipmunks Dance is an independent site and is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Alvin and the Chipmunks or its rights holders.

Information We Collect

1. Account information. You sign in with Google only. We store the name, email address and profile picture Google provides.
2. Photos you upload. The image you provide so we can make your video.
3. Generated videos. The clips made for you, kept in your account.
4. Orders and credits. Your order and credit history. Card details are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number.
5. Usage data. Analytics through Google Analytics, and a cookie that remembers where you first came from for 30 days.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Your uploaded photo is used only to generate your video. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Photos and Videos

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Generated videos stay in your account. The AI video service that processes your photo does not keep it. You can ask us to delete photos, videos or your whole account earlier by emailing support@chipmunks-dance.app.

When you upload a photo you confirm that you are the person pictured or have that person's permission, that everyone pictured is 18 or older, and that the photo is not of a celebrity or public figure. Do not upload photos of minors or content you have no rights to.

Service Providers

We rely on providers for hosting, file storage, AI video processing, payments (Stripe), Google sign-in and analytics. They receive only the data needed to do their job for us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember for 30 days where you first came from. Analytics tools help us understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your Choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, including photos and videos, by emailing support@chipmunks-dance.app.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
